    A)   Meeting Coordinator (Rtn. Mehmet Yersel)

 Coordinating meetings which has been neglected in the last years, is now in charge of Mehmet Yersel, who is our social service leader at the same time. Additionally, our new member badges have been printed and started to be used.

      B)   Attendance Committee (President Erol Zor)

 Our term president, is responsible for attence taking and he is taking each member’s attendance carefully and informing them individually.

 C)   Bulletin Committee (Rtn.Sena Kıvılcım)

 Bulletin, which we believe the only way to obtain communication between club, area and the members, is now being printed regularly,missing issues will be printed and a CD, which consists of all issues will be made and in this way a documentary record covering all activities will be provided by the year end.

 D)   Programme Committee (Rtn.Faruk Atasoy)

 Thoughout the term we have planned conferences about businessmen selected carefully from different sectors.Some of these conferences will be organized in cooperation with other clubs in our group.

 E)    Barbecue Committee (Rtn.Mehmet Yıldırım)

 In the last years, our barbecue meetings are held regularly, meetings are followed and late coming members are warned.Each group creates effective working environment for project productions.

 F)    Old Member’s Committee (GDB Ertugrul Arpacı)

 We are meeting with our old club members to have a good time with them and we also exchange ideas once a year,By this way, it is also possible to see them in our club as a member again too.
